Pearly Bank site
Dear Oldham Metropolitan Borough Council,
Please clarify the status of the area of unused land at Pearly Bank, Oldham, It has been described as being 'on the green belt' by a representative from Oldham Council in a recent email, 10/7/18, Brown belt in otherofficial documentation and policy, and open green space by another body.

Unfortunately, you have not indicated the exact location of the site. I
have therefore attached a map showing the extent of Green Belt in the
Pearly Bank area for your information and consideration.
As you can see, if you are referring to the land First Choice homes are
seeking to develop, the northern part of the site is in Green Belt.
