Dear Oxford City Council,

I am writing to submit a request for information under the provisions of the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I kindly request the following information related to Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued for alleged traffic contraventions that were sent to overseas addresses:

1. The total number of PCNs sent to overseas addresses between January 2020 and December 2022.

2. A detailed breakdown of the above data, specifying the number of PCNs sent to overseas addresses for each month within the specified period.

3. For each month mentioned in point 2, please provide the name of the country to which the PCNs were posted.

I would appreciate it if you could provide the requested information in an electronic format, preferably in a spreadsheet or a similar format that allows for easy analysis.

If any of the requested information is not available for the entire requested period, please provide the information that is available.

I understand that under the Freedom of Information Act 2000, you are required to respond to this request within 20 working days. If for any reason you anticipate a delay in providing the requested information, please inform me as soon as possible, indicating the reasons for the delay and the date by which I can expect to receive the information.
