Patricia C. Moresby

Dear Glasgow City Council,

I am writing to make a request under the Freedom of Information Act 2000. I am seeking information from regarding Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) issued for bus lane enforcement violations in Glasgow.

Specifically, I request a detailed list, in CSV or a similar spreadsheet format, containing the following information:

- The home town or city of individuals who have been served with PCNs between 1st November 2022 and 1st November 2023.

It is important to note that I am only requesting the home town or city of each individual served with a PCN. I do not require any additional personal information or data related to the PCNs, such as names, addresses, vehicle registration numbers, or the specific details of the violation.

I believe the requested information does not breach any individual's privacy or data protection rights, as I am only requesting generalised location data without any personally identifiable information.

I understand that under the Act, I should be entitled to a response within 20 working days of your receipt of this request. If my request appears to be unclear or if any part of it is not feasible, I would appreciate your guidance on how to refine the request to meet your processing capabilities.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. I look forward to your prompt response.

Yours faithfully,

Patricia C. Moresby
