see the information below in response to your request: -

 

In relation to the suspended bay on Magdalen Road Ref: 9475A, effective
01/05/2017 to 06/06/2017, please confirm:

-           details of the application for the suspension;
Please find attached details of the requestor’s application. Please note
that third party information relating to the requestor has been removed.
This is being withheld under Section 40 (2) of the Freedom of Information
Act 2000 as it is considered to be their personal information and
disclosure would result in a breach of the first data protection
principle. 

-           date, time and evidence of the erection of the "Parking
Suspended" signage;

            The suspension sign was erected on the 27/05/17 at 10:55
hours, see attachment.

 

-           the number and location of such signs;

                        There was one sign placed opposite 251.

 

-           the number of PCNs issued and the parking contravention
believed to have occurred;

-           the number of PCNs paid to date; and
            See table below.

 

-           the number of appeals granted.
            See table below.
