PCN Statistics

The request was successful.

Dear Tower Hamlets Borough Council,

I would like to make a Freedom of Information Act request.

Please can you provide an output of the raw data from your system that holds all Parking charge notice data from 11th July 2011 (the date I understand your new system started) until 31st July 2012

The data I would like is as follows:

Date/Time of PCN
Notice Number
Contravention Code
Contravention Description
Indentifier of whether the contravention was by CCTV or Notice
Location (street/junction)
Zone
Status
Current Stage
Officer ID
Amount paid (Fine)

Ideally I would like this in Excel spreadsheet format - I'd recommend Excel 2007 or above if the number of rows returned exceeds teh 65000 limit of lower versions.

Any issues with my request please let me know ASAP.

Yours faithfully,

A Hooker

Jane L Jones, Tower Hamlets Borough Council

Dear Jane Jones,

The 2 fields "Status" and "Current Stage" were titles that I took from a previous download that Tower Hamlets provided from the System, so would have expected that they were standard fields.

Status' include ISSUED, SPOILED, CLOSED or ATBAILIFF

Current Stage provides a description on the "status" of the PCN, e.g:

Payment - Full Payment Received
Payment - Refund Made
Cancelled - PATAS Appeal Allowed
Debt Collectors - Sent to *****

I hope that explains the 2 fields sufficiently, but if you have any further questions let me know.

Yours sincerely,

A Hooker

Tim Rodgers, Tower Hamlets Borough Council
