Dear Ardwick and Longsight Primary Care Network,

Under the FOI act, could you kindly please provide me with a current list of the of all Practice Managers and Clinical Directors & their NHS issued email addresses within your CCG for the relevant GP surgeries they manage.
Whilst phone numbers are provided for each surgery on other web services, Practice Managers, Clinical directors and PCN managers names and direct NHS email addresses are not and given the domains of those email addresses are not given to the general public such as Googlemail & Yahoo they should not be deemed as private.
I am aware of my rights and responsibilities of receiving such information held, this data will not be used for marketing purposes
I trust that you will treat my request accordingly
