2016 concerning PCNs issued at Canning Road.

Dear Mr Boon

Thank you for your email, which I presume was intended for this particular
FOI as you had said "I would like to know also observations times for
vehicles parked in contravention....".  The term 'observation times' was
not mentioned in the FOI about Canning Road.

Please find enclosed a copy of the Handbook, on which Harrow bases its
protocol.
If you are referring to a particular Penalty Charge Notice (which you may
have received), please provide the PCN number and contravention code, for
which we will seek to obtain a specific response for you.
