Dear Mr. Patel,

Thank you for your request received on 28 April 2014. Your request for
information has now been considered and the information requested is
enclosed.

In your request, you asked the Council how many Penalty Charge Notices
(PCNs) were issued to vehicles parked at Dorothy Avenue on 12 April 2014
and for which parking contraventions. In conducting a search of the
Council's records, I can advise that seven (7) PCNs were issued to
vehicles on the day in question. Of the seven PCNs issued, four (4) were
issued to vehicles for being parked in a restricted street during
prescribed hours; two (2) were issued to vehicles for being in a resident
parking place or zone without clearly displaying either a permit or
voucher issued for that place and one (1) was issued to a vehicle for
being parked with one or more wheels on or over a footpath or any part of
a road other than a carriageway.
