RESPONSE

 

Under Section 21 of the Freedom of Information Act 2000 there is an
exemption from the duty to provide information on request when that
information is reasonably accessible to the applicant by other means.

 

 

1.       Civil Enforcement Officers are employed by our enforcement
contractor, NSL and costs form part of the overall enforcement contract
