Our response is as follows:

Can you please provide me with the information required by me for the PCN
I received 30/11/2023 @13:28.

I can confirm that there was no PCN issued on 30/11/2023 at the location. 

I would like to know when the Parking Services team had notification of
the Bellot Street Bays being out of service and required by Thames Water.

• The Parking Services team had notification on 10/10/2023.
• Subsequently, the signs were erected on 24/10/2023.
