Thank you for your request for information received on 28 July 2023, in
which you asked for the following:

• The number of penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued on Topsfield
Parade, Tottenham Lane, N8 in the last 12 months and the preceding 12
months;
• The number of these that were challenged by way of representations
made; and
• The number thereafter withdrawn by the Council or after a Tribunal
adjudication.

My response is as follows:

The number of penalty charge notices (PCNs) issued on Topsfield Parade,
Tottenham Lane, N8 from 1^st July 2021 to 30^th June 2022 was 65. From
1^st July 2022 to 30^th June 2023, this was 123.

The number of these that were challenged by way of representations made
from 1st July 2021 to 30th June 2022 was 11. From 1st July 2022 to 30th
June 2023, this was 38.

The number thereafter withdrawn by the Council or after a Tribunal
adjudication from 1st July 2021 to 30th June 2022 was 4. From 1st July
2022 to 30th June 2023, this was 7.
