PCMCIA Card
Dear Transport for London,
In a previous request about the PCC files, you have stated "The announcements are stored on a PCMCIA flash memory card that fits into
the old Whiteley’s Electronics equipment." I would like to request one of the PCMCIA cards to be posted to me as the PCC files seem corrupt. If this request goes through, I will email the TFL FOI email address with my details.
Yours faithfully,
Seb Humble

Dear Seb Humble
Thank you for your request received by Transport for London (TfL) on 20
February 2024 asking for a PCMCIA card.
As you are requesting a piece of hardware, your request is outside the
scope of the Freedom of Information Act, as this is not request for
'information'.

They only hold them in a PCC format which is not able to convert. I've only got some static from it so far.

They should offer an alternative, eg emailing the files.
