I have two requests;

1) Please can you tell me if you have any record of a complaint from me about the Police Crime Commissioner and if so, who the member of the Panel was that made the decision and his / her reason behind it.

2) Please can you tell me the number of complaints you have received against the Police Crime Commissioner since he took office and how many have been upheld.

I refer to your request for information dated 26 December 2017.

 

The search for the information has been completed and I am pleased to
supply you with the following information:

 

1)  Please can you tell me if you have any record of a complaint from me
about the Police Crime Commissioner and if so, who the member of the Panel
was that made the decision and his / her reason behind it.

 

This is a request for your own personal data. This information is exempt
under Section 40 which states that if the information is personal data
relating to the requester the information can be refused under the Act.
You are able to seek this information under the Data Protection Act i.e.
this information can be requested by means of a subject access request.
Should you wish to make a subject access request for your own personal
information, we will require that you provide us with two forms of
identification to enable us to proceed with such a request. One will need
to be a copy of photo ID, such as a passport or driving license, and the
other, a recent utility bill showing your current home address. This will
need to be provided to us via email to

All complaints received by Norfolk’s Police and Crime Panel are
acknowledged and/or a determination letter is issued to advise of the
outcome. Therefore, if you have submitted a complaint, you should have
received a response as to the outcome of that.

 

2)  Please can you tell me the number of complaints you have received
against the Police Crime Commissioner since he took office and how many
have been upheld.

 

7 PCC complaints have been dealt with since Mr Lorne Green took office. It
was determined that no further action would be taken for 5, and the
remaining 2 have been resolved through informal resolution.

 

If you are dissatisfied with our handling of your request you have the
right of appeal through the Council’s internal review procedure by setting
