Dear Mr Williams

Thank you for your email seeking an internal review of your request of 10 December 2020.

We note that you have not indicated why you are dissatisfied with our response to this request, for example by explaining why you believe that our reasons for refusal are not in accordance with the requirements of Part 1 of the FOIA.

As you must be aware by now, we will consider your request for a review only once you have clarified the grounds on which you are complaining about our response. Your clarification should refer to our specific reasons for refusing your request and explain why you believe that the evidence on which we are relying does not engage section 14 of the FOIA.

Taking into account the circumstances of your previous correspondence with the IOPC we believe that it is reasonable to refuse this and any other request for review you may make unless and until you have provided adequate reasons for complaint. We may not acknowledge any further internal review requests that do not meet these requirements.

Please use our reference IR1008859 in any future correspondence about this matter.
