Payslips etc
Dear HM Treasury,
Please provide me with the following recorded information:
(1) a copy of the payslip issued by the Government to the Prime Minister for the month
of March 2024;
(2) copies of the most recent P60 and P11D forms issued by the Government to the
Prime Minister; and
(3) a copy of the P45 issued by the Government to Liz Truss when ceasing to hold
office of Prime Minister.
I appreciated that National Insurance numbers may need to be redacted but I think
there is a public interest in releasing appropriately redacted version of these
documents.
Mr Cross

Dear Treasury,
Please carry out an internal review. I consider that there is a public interest in disclosing the information as noted in my original request. As things stand, you are withholding information such as the titles of rows on the payslip, the name of the employer, the document headers and formatting information. I cannot see any basis in law for such an approach.
Yours sincerely,
Mr Cross
