Good morning,

Your Freedom of Information request of 10^th December 2013 has been
forwarded for my attention and after consultation with the relevant
service, I am able to respond as follows

The only Section 106 payment received during the financial years shown,
was during 2012/13, when £2,000 was received for Affordable Housing
purposes and this sum currently remains unspent.  In relation to other
Section 106 agreements, the balance of uncommitted funds as at 30/11/2013
was £29,438.
