Dear Miss Hayhurst,

Firstly, please accept my apologies for the late reply.

I attach two spreadsheets for you as follows.

The first spreadsheet contains all those amounts that we have received. The reason that the most recent application on this is only from 2010 is because often there is a lag time between agreements being signed and the payment trigger being reached and this amounts being received.

Those agreements that have been signed but not received are the in second spreadsheet entitled 'Monies received' , the most recent of which is from February 2013.

The Councils Planning Officer is currently sorting through those agreements that have been signed from April 2013 and there are a couple more that need to be added to the spreadsheet, so this information is not currently on the spreadsheet.

If this information is also required please contact the Councils Planning Officer, Ms Hannah Groves on 01273 263421 in January 2014 when the information should be available or indeed if further information is required.

I am sorry that we were unable to answer your questions on this occasion, it is because the information your require is not held. However, I hope the information supplied will assist you.

If you are not satisfied with the response to your request for information you have the right to an internal review. Details can be found on :  http://www.adur-worthing.gov.uk/about-th...
