Please find attached a spreadsheet with all the details for all payments
received under Section 106 planning agreements.  You will see at the
bottom of the spreadsheet a list of payments received in respect of an
application for site preparation works at Hinkley C.  I hope this
information is clear enough for your please do not hesitate to contact me
if you have any queries.

 

If you are dissatisfied with the information provided, the Authority’s
procedure provides for you to make a complaint, which will be dealt with
through the Council’s normal complaints procedure.  Should you not then be
satisfied with the outcome you have a right of appeal to the Information
Commissioner. The Information Commissioner can be contacted at: The
Information Commissioner’s Office, Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow,
Cheshire SK9 5AF.
