Dear Lynda Crawford,

Thank you for your reply.
I want to be sure that I have understood the figures correctly. Could you confirm that my understanding is correct.
The council received £1m from developers for affordable housing in the years 2008-2013.
It has spent £786,300 (the figures in point 2).
It has unspent £695,700 and is committed to spend £455,000.
If my understanding is correct, the figures don't add up. Could you confirm where the unspent and committed money came from?
Thanks very much.

Yours sincerely,

Ruth Hayhurst

Dear Ms Hayhurst

I apologise for the delay in responding. The Officer who supplied the information has advised that it is the difference from the balance brought forward from 2007-08.

I hope this helps.
