The Information Commissioner’s Office have indicated that all enquiries
relating to planning information not contained on a public register are to
be dealt with under the Environmental Information Regulations 2004.
Please find attached spread sheets.
We have retuned a total of £3861.86 to developers.
The Council hold in commuted sums for a total of ten years before money is
offered back to the developers, If the developer does not want the money
returning them the money is used at the closest site where there is a
demand or held until sufficient money is accrued to fund a specific
project.
