Dear Comhairle nan Eilean Siar,

This is an FOI request for all payments to suppliers who provided a service in fostering and adoption to the Council from Apr 2017 to Dec 2018. I am looking for itemized transactions for these payments. I had previously requested this data (https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/cy/reques...) but was provided below :-

In addition, the Comhairle spent £256,241 on foster carers between 1 April 2017 and 31 December 2018 as follows:

April 17 – March 18
Fostering Fees 58,484
Long Term Fostering 28,523
Short Term Fostering 98,758
April 18 – Dec 18
Fostering Fees 22,061
Long Term Fostering 25,835
Short Term Fostering 22,580"

We are looking for the daily breakdown of transactions for In-House Fostering, payments to IFA's, other Fostering Agencies & redacted personal payments, etc. and not the aggregate amounts as provided, for the period 1st April 2017 - 31st December 2018.
