Please detail any and all payments made to the registered charity "Common Purpose" by Cornwall Council (and its predecessor Cornwall County Council) to the charity "Common Purpose" since April 2000 to the present day.
Also please detail the number of staff and number of councillors who have participated in training courses run by Common Purpose for the same period of time.
