Please note that records requested are contained in the council's electronic accounts ledgers and can be drawn down in a basic report within minutes, is now 2 weeks overdue. LBHF has not offered any grounds to refuse and has not supplied this simple request. The matter is now with the ICO and LBHF has a duty to respond
