Payments to Councillors companies

Dear South Tyneside Borough Council,

would you please forward me

1) a breakdown of all payments which have been made to companies in the past 18 months, which ALL Councillors or Council staff have an interest in such as Sovereign Strategy, Councillor Iain Malcolms company / Eurocab Mr Steve Harrisons company.

2) Please inform me of all current interests registered in trading companies by all councillors and council staff.

3)Please provide me with a breakdown of the names of taxi / chauffeur companies used by the Council for staff & councillors and the value spent with each company in the past 18 months and the specific reason for the order / booking. This request only relates to bookings for journeys which did not involve pupils daily taxis.

4) Please provide me with the details of any expenses paid in the past 18 months by the Council for ANY work / sevices / telephones / computers / printers / internet access etc at the Leader of the Councils home which is NOT in the Borough, although he lists 59 Simonside Hall as his home address which is not true.

5) Please inform me what correspondence / information is sent / delivered to the Leaders home which is outside the Borough in the past 12 months.

6) Please forward me a detailed breakdown of the Leaders motor expenses / claims over the past 12 months.
