Y ou asked for the following information:
 
I understand that Ashley Farrall, who represents Macclesfield Central on
Cheshire East Council is currently on remand. As a result, I assume that
he is unable to act in any meaningful way as a Councillor? Can you let me
know if he is still receiving any payments from Cheshire East Council? If
he is, can you let me know how much he has received since being held on
remand and whether the Council will be able to reclaim this money if he is
found guilty?
