Payments to Charitable Companies

The request was successful.

Dear Halton Borough Council,

Is the money paid by Halton Borough Council to Age Concern Mid Mersey from 20 June 2018 to the 04 Sept 2018 totalling £103,212.50 taken from their uncontested contract running from 1st April 2018 to 31st March 2021 for the sum of £521,775 or is it additional.

The payments from HBC of £5,250 dated 20 June 2018 and the payment £5,750 dated 04 Sept 2018. Are they to pay Age Concern MM contracted duties to a third party.

What other companies am I, as a council tax payer, committed to pay for more than 2yrs after Brexit deal or no deal.

Yours faithfully,

James A Owen
