Dear Belfast Health and Social Care Trust (Northern Ireland),
I am requesting information as per the following:
a) copies of all documents for:
1)BACS payments made to executive board members during the year 2010/11
2)cash payments made to executive board members during the year 2010/11
3)cheque payments made to executive board members during the year 2010/11
b) copies of all documents for payments or withdrawal of funds from CETV balances for executive board members during the year 2010/11
c) list this information for each board member by name

The WHSCT were able to give a full breakdown and I expect the same, I will pass this information to the Information Commissioner if you fail to answer the FOI
