Dear British Broadcasting Corporation,
1. How much was Nicola Cain paid as an in-house BBC lawyer during the course of her employment by the BBC.
2. How much was Nicola Cain paid by the BBC whilst employed by RPC.
3. What role did Nicola Cain play in the Pollard Review, in relation to the curtailed Newsnight investigation which featured allegations of abuse by Jimmy Saville.
4. How much was Nicola Cain paid for her work on (3) above.
