- The numbers of staff who received a final payment of £95,000 or more.
- The names of all those who received a final payment of £95,000 or more.

In addition please include the same information for any staff that you are aware of that are due to leave or receive a payment before the 31 December 2020.

For clarification I would wish to include, within the term staff, advisers and SPADS.

Dear Prime Minister's Office,
I previously submitted an FOI request relating to Payments Made for Termination of Office. I believe that your response to my yequest has been delayed. However, by law you should normally have responded promptly and by 15 December 2020.
I have received no notification to explain why your response has been delayed, and therefore I would welcome an immediate response to avoid me needing to refer the request to the Information Commissioner.

Yours faithfully,

L A Green
