Dear Robert Smith,

I am writing in response to your request for information below.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the delay in this reaching you.

The project to date expenditure on HOAC reprovision is £773,478.01 and
invoices raised to date total £772,636.51 so far.

We have also been awarded a budget allocation of £645,000 from HS2 Ltd.
for road safety measures due to the impact HS2 construction traffic will
have on the Borough's road network. The monies will be drawn down upon as
and when successful bids are made to HS2 via the Road Safety Fund
Proforma, and recently the Transport team have submitted a proforma
requesting funding for the implementation of a camera enforced 7.5T weight
restriction on Ladygate Lane, Ruislip, which has been approved by HS2.
This scheme has not yet started but amounts to £54,450.

If you have any queries regarding this matter please do not hesitate to
contact me.
