that the Trust does and does not hold.

cannot confirm why this has not been published on the What Do They Know
website, I can only presume this is due to a technic error on their part.
Further, please confirm what annual fee is currently being paid to the
Trust by Bounty (UK) Ltd or associated companies as of today (14/11/2019).

As previously stated in the response to FOI 5422, the Trust does hold the
information you have requested, but considers that release of this
information falls within the exemption provided by Section 43 (2) of the
Act, on the basis that the information is commercially sensitive and would
be likely to prejudice the commercial interest of various parties.

I am writing to request an internal review of King's College Hospital NHS Foundation Trust's handling of my FOI request 'Payments from Bounty (UK) Ltd'.
You have relied on Section 43(2) of the FOIA to not release all the information I requested. Section 43 is, as you will be aware, a qualified exception and a public interest test must be conducted and published by the Trust to support your decision not to publish.
Please can I ask:
a) if the public interest test has been carried out, if not why it has not been
b) in either case publish the public interest test and/or release the information requested.
