Payments following complaints by members of the public
Dear Home Office,
The Home Office UK Visas and Immigration website includes some information about ex gratia or "consolatory" payments following complaints by members of the public. The information I can find is here:

Please release the level of payments made under this specific scheme (consolatory or ex gratia payments to members of the public following complaints) for the last two financial years.
