W Myrddin made this Freedom of Information request to Department for Work and Pensions

The request was successful.

From: W Myrddin

Dear Sir or Madam,

If a customer commences self employment after claiming employment
and support allowance for seven months continuously can you inform
me of the following.

1. When would the customer receive there entitlement to return to
work credit? £40.00
2. When would the customer receive the back to work grant? £100.00

This is asuming that all relevant documents have been provided to
prove self employment.

If it normal practice for a DWP Decision Maker to place relevant
claim forms for the above in there desk draws and delays valid
claims?

Yours faithfully,

Wiz Myrddin
