Please provide details of all payments made by Merseyside Fire and Rescue Service and or Merseyside Fire and Rescue Authority to Opinion Research Services (ORS) in relation to plans to close (i) West Kirby Fire Station and Upton Fire Station, with a new fire station to be built on Green Belt land at Saughall Massie, or (ii) to close West Kirby Fire Station.
