I am writing to request information regarding the Paymaster General.

How many times did Oliver Dowden or a member of his team meet with The Infected Blood Inquiry Team between 25/07/20 - 14/02/20? Were the meetings minuted?

How many times did Oliver Dowden or a member of his team meet with The Infected Blood Policy Team (within the DHSC) between 25/07/20 - 14/02/20? ? Were these meetings minuted?

How many times has Penny Mordaunt or her team met with The Infected Blood Inquiry Team between 14/02/20 - 15/03/21? Were these meetings minuted?

How many times has Penny Mordaunt or her team met with The Infected Blood Policy Team (within the DHSC) between 14/02/20 - 15/03/21? Were these meetings minuted?

If any meetings took place with the above mentioned Paymaster General's between the dates above could you please provide them.

I am writing with regards to your request for information under the
Freedom of Information Act 2000, which was received on 17th March.

We have given consideration to your request and have concluded that we
require further clarification as to what you are requesting before we are
able to proceed.

You have asked for "How many times did Oliver Dowden or a member of his
team meet with The Infected Blood Inquiry Team between 25/07/20 -
14/02/20?". Please can you clarify the dates as they appear to be
incorrect?

As you may appreciate, a public authority has 20 working days in which to
respond to a request for information. The effect of a public authority
seeking clarity from a requester about their request is to 'stop the
clock' on that 20 working day deadline. It will not be started again until
we are supplied with the further information which we require. In the
event that we do not hear from you we will assume that you do not wish to
proceed with your request.

That's an interesting response as I have certain copies of the minutes requested from other Governmental Department in which the both Olive Dowden & Penny Mourdant in which their department are signed off as the minutes takers.

I am really looking forward to the end of the Infected Blood Inquiry as I will be releasing snippets of the information received, the information not received & the levels of dishonest within the Cabinet Office I think in conjunction with Sir Brian's report & recommendations would provide interesting reading for a number newspapers to which I have agreement in place to be available to facilitate
