Dear Improvement and Development Agency for local government,
Could you please provide me with a breakdown of the Pay Grades that you use within your organisation, identifying the lowest and highest amount paid in each grade. Could you additionally identify how many staff you have on each grade including permanent, temporary and contract employment types with an indicator of how many of each employment type are on each pay grade.
Finally, if there are any staff who are not allocated to a pay grade could you identify how many non-graded staff there are and provide me with a salary range and average salary for these non-graded employees.
