information relating to complaints regarding On-Street and Off Street pay
and display car parking. Please find below the Council’s response, in
bold.

Cherwell District Council does not operate any On-Street or Off Street pay
and display car parking all of ours are Off-Street pay-on-foot and
pay-on-exit car parks.
