Where the council is responsible for On-Street and Off Street pay and display car parking (excluding Off-Street pay-on-foot and pay-on-exit car parks, permits, season tickets, PCN and other income)
For the period 01/04/2019 to 31/03/2020, please could you tell me:
The total number of Off Street pay and display parking transactions/tickets sold (all payment methods)
The total number of On Street pay and display parking transactions/tickets sold (all payment methods)
Total Off Street pay and display income (cash, credit/debit card, pay by phone)
Total On Street pay and display income (cash, credit/debit card, pay by phone)
Total number of Off Street pay and display parking transactions/tickets sold via a pay by phone provider
Total number of On Street pay and display parking transactions/tickers sold via a pay by phone provider
Total Off Street pay and display income processed via a pay by phone provider
Total On Street pay and display income processed via a pay by phone provider
In relation to the Council’s current pay by phone parking provider, can you tell me:
What is the contract expiry date for your pay by phone parking provider, including any extension periods?
What is the current notice period required in order for the Council to exit this contract?
What is the current contract value, annualised over the period 01/04/2020 – 31/03/2020?

When we will deal with your email
This mailbox is monitored during the working hours of 8:00am to 4:00pm on
Monday to Friday (excluding Bank Holidays). Emails received outside of
these working hours will usually be processed during the next available

How we process a new Freedom of Information (FOI) Request
When you submit a new FOI Request we will do the following;
o We will log your FOI request and send confirmation of this to you by
email, together with a FOI request reference number. We aim to do this
within two working days of receiving your request.
o Please note that future email correspondence regarding your FOI
request will then be sent to you from

o We will allocate your FOI request to the appropriate Council team(s)
in order for them to collate the information you have requested.
o Once we have received an approved response back from the relevant
Council team(s), we will send this to you.
o Please note that the response to your FOI request will be sent to
you in letter form, as an email attachment.
o An anonymized version of the response to your FOI request may be
published on the Council’s [3]Disclosure Log.
When you can expect to receive a response to your FOI request
Under the Freedom of Information Act 2000 the Council has a legal
obligation to respond to your request no later than 20 working days
following the date of receipt. Wherever possible, a response to your FOI
request will be sent to you before the legal deadline of 20 working days.
