For the period 01/04/2018 to 31/03/2019, please could you tell me:
 
The service to run 10 off-street car parks was outsourced until
04/10/2019. We do not hold the requested information for these 10 car
parks as this data was not passed to us at the end of the contract. The
below information relates to parking machines on-street and in the 3
off-street car parks that are managed directly by the Council.

The total number of Off Street pay and display parking
transactions/tickets sold (all payment methods)  - 649009
The total number of On Street pay and display parking transactions/tickets
sold (all payment methods)  - 136390

Total Off Street pay and display income (all payment methods) -
£349,998.85
Total On Street pay and display income (all payment methods) - £179,003.10

Total number of Off Street pay and display parking transactions/tickets
sold via a pay by phone provider e.g. RingGo  - 6125
Total number of On Street pay and display parking transactions/tickers
sold via a pay by phone provider e.g. RingGo - 54084

Total Off Street pay and display income processed via a pay by phone
provider e.g RingGo - £11,263.59
Total On Street pay and display income processed via a pay by phone

Total number of Off Street pay and display parking machines – 8
Total number of On Street pay and display parking machines - 21

Do any of these parking machines have provision for credit/debit card
processing via chip/pin and/or contactless payment? – The parking machines
on-street and in the off-street car parks that are managed directly by the
Council, have no provision for credit/debit card processing via chip/pin
and/or contactless payment.

 
If you are dissatisfied with this response the Commissioner’s Office
recommends that you first refer the matter to the Council. You can do this
by writing to [1][St Albans District Council request email] asking for an internal review of my
decision. If you wish the Council to undertake an internal review, then
you must write to the Council within 40 working days of the date of this
letter. The Council will not consider any requests received after this
date unless there are exceptional circumstances for the delay. 
 
You have a right to appeal to the Information Commissioner's Office at the
following address: Wycliffe House, Water Lane, Wilmslow, Cheshire SK9 5AF.
You must do this no later than two months after the Local Authority’s last
