Pavement replacement plan for Elms Crescent and Elms Road and other Abbeville Village area streets
Dear Lambeth Borough Council,
The new pavement using blocks and bricks on Abbeville Road, Rodenhurst Road, and Crescent Lane has really helped to improve the area. Please could you share when Elms Crescent, Elms Road, and other streets in the Abbeville Village area will have the pavement redone with the blocks and bricks as well.
Yours faithfully,
Ms Davis

Dear FOI team,
Thank you Mr Carter for sending me the information. Can I ask how you decide which streets and blocks get the black pavement and which get the nice cement blocks? I noticed that most of Crescent Lane has blocks but the Abbeville to Kings Road section gets black pavement and then on Leppoc Road, they get cement blocks. All of Abbeville Road, St Alphonsus Road and Rodenhurst Road get cement blocks.
Is there a way for residents on a street to request the nice blocks? When will the council next pick the streets that will be done after 2016/2017?
Yours sincerely,
Interested Parent
