1. Details of all pavement café licence applications in Liverpool City Centre over the last 5 years that have received objections from elected members;
2. Details of all pavement café licence applications where objections have been received from elected members but pavement café licences have been subsequently approved and implemented; and
3. Details of any negotiations that took place between elected members and individual applicants that subsequently led to objections being removed/resolved.

Thank you for your request for an internal review, I am afraid the
response is still the same as we don't record the information separately,
as there is no requirement to do so and it would be necessary to review
every application to provide the information requested, which would take
longer than the 18 hour time limit
