Dear Freedom Of Information,

Unfortunately the file seems to be unreadable. I have tried on different operating systems and using different versions of Excel. Please could you resend?

Hi,

This is great, thank you. A few queries:

1. The .xls file still doesn't open, but the .xlsx file is fine, possibly some quirk on my computer, but can you confirm that they both contain identical information?

2. Can you explain the meaning of the narratives in column F - 'Overall progress'. They are:
a. Cancelled
b. Entered
c. FinanciallyComplete
d. PhysicallyComplete
e. Released
f. WorkInProgress

While some are obvious, others are less so, so would appreciate an explanation of them all so I can understand the differences.

Regards.

Dear Requestor,

Please accept our apologies for the delay in responding to your follow-up
query.

I can confirm that the two spreadsheets attached previously contained
identical information.

In answer to your second question, please find our response below:

     a. Cancelled  =                            Defect not meeting
intervention level - The defect does not meet the Council’s Criteria for
repair, no action to be taken.

     b. Entered     =                             Logged on the system for
investigatory inspection   – reported via telephone or email.

     c. FinanciallyComplete  =       Error – should be PhysicallyComplete

     d. PhysicallyComplete  =        Repair has been carried out.

     e. Released                    =            A repair order has been
issued and is now with the contractor for repair

     f. WorkInProgress        =           Allocated to the repair team

Kind regards,

Liam
