Dear Data Access & Compliance Unit,

You treated this as a request under FOI, please treat it as a request, as i asked as per 5.8.6 of Criminal Procedure Rules and whether any reporting restriction applies under 5.8.11 of those rules .

It would appear that HMCTS has a systemic problem as no reply was received to my request of 24 Jun, 21 Oct and 5 Dec.
Please could you tell me what database/ records you refer to when you say that your records show a response had already been given when one had not, and provide the information itself and when that was recorded.

Yours sincerely,

Cathy Fox

Dear Her Majesty’s Courts and the Tribunals Service,

Thank you for your reply. Please send me that database for the year in question.
When email requests are made, why is your default to check if there has been a reply and then not reply further, rather than assume that the person is not wasting his and your time by repeating a request that has already been replied to. The system faults are in evidence? what have you done to correct them?

Yours faithfully,

Cathy Fox
