ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF FOI REQUEST

Thank you for your request for information received on 14 July 2022.  It
has been allocated the reference number FOI 22/23 6558 and is being dealt
with under the terms of the Freedom of Information Act 2000.

The Trust still is facing unprecedented challenges relating to the
coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic at the current time.  Understandably, our
resources have been diverted to support our front-line colleagues who are
working tremendously hard to provide care for our patients, and to those
in need of our services.

We will endeavour to respond as soon as possible, and hope you appreciate
that we do not wish to place any additional burden on our teams at this
time.

I have again contacted our Information team, who have confirmed that we do
also have an asthma clinic at Pontefract Hospital.

Hello, I have received the following statement:

Historically the Monday clinic was the difficult asthma clinic and PGI
clinic was a general respiratory clinic. Since Covid, the PGI clinic has
turned into just asthma – so in practice both are difficult asthma clinics

I hope that this now answers your queries.
