Please supply the training information and also the medical qualification required for a patient coach to carry out that role within the DWP. Can you also supply the full information as to how they are instructed to assess a medical condition and make a qualified medical decision on this. lastly please provide the risk assessment information that clearly shows the responsibility for a decision made on a persons medical fitness for work and who actually is responsible under H&S Laws for "Duty of Care" for that person and their condition should the health issue deteriorate due to the decision made.
