I am requesting information as per the follow
a) any and all emails, letters, memos that were passed/sent to Board members of the NHSCT regarding the Patient & Client Council meeting on the 27th sept 2011?
b) for the same meeting how many board members of the NHSCT were in attendance at public meeting
