Mr Gardner

Further to your recent information request regarding Benefit Fraud. We would like to seek clarification in relation to the term 'in the last 12 months' - do you mean 1st October 2009 to 31st October 2010?

Kind regards

Karen

Dear McMahon, Karen,

That will do nicely but if a different but recent 12 month period would be easier to produce then that will be fine. For example Oct-2009 to Sept-2010

Yours sincerely,

Malcolm Gardner

Dear McMahon, Karen,

That would be 13-months. Ideally 1/11/09-31/10/10 but if it is easier to do 1/10/09-30/09/10 then that would be fine. I am not looking at complicating the request, but whatever is the easiest for you to supply. The more up to date then the better, but I do not want this request to more burdensome than it need to be.

Yours sincerely,

Malcolm Gardner
