Can you please provide me the stored information you hold outlining the average processing time for First child passport issued over the last three months (or most recent period available).

Dear FOI Responses,

I am writing in connection with FOI cases 31834 (https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...) and 32025 (https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/u...).

In response to my 'Time Complaint', M. Riddle accepted that the Home Office had breached the FOI Act by failing to respond to my request within 20 working day time limit.

He went on to state that responses to my requests are being finalised, and would be issued 'very soon'.

This was on the 28th July. It is now the 15th August. Is there any update regarding my requests.

Many thanks,

Wayne Pearsall

Dear Home Office,

I am writing in connection with FOI cases 31834 (https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...) and 32025 (https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/u...).

I previously wrote to yourselves regarding both of these requests on the 15th August 2014. It is now the 8th September 2014.

The last communication which I had with the Home Office in relation to my requests was from M. Riddle dated 28th July 2014, at which point I was informed of a response being issued 'very soon'.

I am raising a formal complaint into the handling of my FOI responses. The failure to provide a response to both of my requests is unacceptable.

Yours faithfully,

Wayne Pearsall

Dear Home Office,

Please pass this on to the person who conducts Freedom of Information reviews.

I am writing to request an internal review of Home Office's handling of my FOI request 'Passport Renewal Processing Times'.

Ref 31834

Please provide all internal communication and case management files and any other stored information into my FOI Request 31834 which has far exceeded the time limit imposed by the FOI Act.

You will be aware that I have an active Subject Access Request which should also release SOME of this information, but as this information has not been released within the legally prescribed time limit imposed by the DPA, I point out that this information does not appear to fall within either S. 21 or S. 22 of the FOI Act, as the Home Office are vexatiously refusing to release any information to myself without any legal basis to refuse.

I expect a prompt response.

A full history of my FOI request and all correspondence is available on the Internet at this address: https://www.whatdotheyknow.com/request/p...

Yours faithfully,

Wayne Pearsall
