Passport Delays For First Passport

Response to this request is long overdue. By law, under all circumstances, HM Passport Office should have responded by now (details). You can complain by requesting an internal review.

Dear HM Passport Office,

Ref 3172728479

My daughter has applied for her first passport I have tried to ring many times and many times been told of a ring back from the case worker which never happens so here are my questions I would like answers to please.

1) Phone number of case workers managers in Durham direct numbers

2) Phone number for my case worker E Adams, not this national run around number 0300 123 1971

3) My daughter is British at birth has full rights as I was married to her mother before she was born, so why is the passport being with held hindering our right to Freedom Of Movement as EEA Family members needing to travel ASAP.

4) I have a letter dated 9th April 2015 which it seems is threatening me with a criminal offence if I make a false statement to get a passport? can you explain what false statement I have ever made as none has been made and I take offence to this being on this letter.

5) This letter also states or is demanding to know in a statement how my daughter arrived in the EU and then the UK, so here it is my daughter was born in France and is now in the UK the inbetween of if she swam across the English Channel of took a sailing boat is no concern to the Passport Office as there is NO IMMIGRATION ISSUES with British citizens arriving into the UK, and may I also point out the Metock Case Law for EEA Family Members who have taken Surrinder Sigh case law treaty rights to enter the UK and EU and have since been issued with this status with holder of EEA2 (Mrs D Howard and that Mr W Howard is a born Brish Citizen and holder of UK passport. so please explain why this letter has been issued????

6) As a EEA family and Brisish Citizens my daughter and me would like to travel 20th April but are having our Freedom of Movement rights to travel Hindered by the passport office in Durham trying to hold up which is straight forward, can you explain to me why this is??

7) How much is a reasonable amount of money to charge the passport office per day for delays in hindering our travels after the six week time limit do you think?

Yours faithfully,

W Howard
