Re the above Information of Request refusal:-
Apologies for the late reply to your correspondence but due to recovery from a knee operation I have been unable respond.
I'm unhappy about being refused the information you hold on the result of you investigation into the serous incident.
You have laid out why in your letter but unfortunately I do not understand what Section 1, Act1, / Personal Information means in plain English.
I wish to take this forward. Can you explain to me in plain English or can you tell me where do I take this next? Can I appeal?
I feel that Edinburgh Buses have palmed us off since day one, we have had to chase things up, the original promised phone calls were never received and now this!
